Toiletries and clothing will be provided for patients.
The Patients' belongings will be brought up together with them when they are transferred to the ward. If the Caregiver wants to pass items when the Patient is in the ward, they may do so during visiting hours.
Our Patient Service Associates will advise you on the estimated costs of admission and modes of payment. Please check in with them if you have any queries.

After admission, inpatient ward teams would usually need to contact you. Kindly remain contactable via handphone.
If the Patient is in the Observation Ward or the Ambulatory Surgery Centre (DEM@ASC), one caregiver can visit the Patient.
However, if the Patient is in the fever or isolation area, the Caregiver may pass the item to any of our nurses or Patient Service Associates at the Nurse Station. You will not be able to go in to visit the Patient as those are restricted areas.

The Next-Of-Kin (NOK) will receive a call from the nurse to inform them of the bed details if patient is waiting for a bed at A&E. You will be notified via SMS once the bed is available in the ward, provided you have given your contact number to the staff.
The first digit of the ward number corresponds to the block, and the second digit corresponds to the floor (eg. Ward 75 is at Block 7, Level 5).
