Profile
Dr. Sonali Ganguly obtained her BS from Duke University in 1997 and her MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2001. In 2004, she completed her training in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, USA. She then did a clinical fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Ganguly is double-board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a Consultant with the Department of Endocrinology at SGH since November 2007 and is currently the director of the Obesity and Metabolic Unit. She also serves as an Assistant Professor for Duke NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore. Her main interests are in obesity and diabetes.
