The virtual anticoagulation course comprises two components.
1) Self-paced online learning modules by distinguished experts sharing key concepts and updates in anticoagulation testing, monitoring, reversal, clinical management and service evaluation.
2) A two-day interactive session with experienced clinical facilitators who will share the practical aspects and practice pearls in anticoagulation management. During this session, the participants will have the opportunity to put their acquired knowledge into practice.
