- Muscle, joint, bone and back pain
May be relieved by taking paracetamol. - Headache
- Fatigue
- Hot flushes may occur
- Sore throat
- Pain at injection site
Inform your doctor if any of the following occurs:
- Chest pain and rapid, irregular heartbeat
- Swelling of extremities
- Cough with difficulty breathing
- Calf swelling or tenderness or hardness over a vein
- Other persistent or severe side effects
