Update Your Personal Profile

​You may want to update us your contact numbers, email or mailing address if you had recently changed them or for billing purposes. We offer three convenient ways you can update your personal profile:

1) Update on HealthBuddy App

2) Update on HealthHub online

3) Update over the counter at our clinics


If you are a caregiver and want to update your dependent's personal profile, you must register as a caregiver first.

1. Update on HealthBuddy App

You will need the SingHealth HealthBuddy app already downloaded on your phone or tablet. If you haven't downloaded it, you can download it from:

Open the HealthBuddy app.

Click on Personal Services. Login via SingPass.

Click on All Services.

Click on Profile.

Click on Continue.

Updating of contact number, address and email address are allowed.

Click on Update Details. Logout from SingPass.


 

2. Update on HealthHub online


Visit the HealthHub website. Log in via SingPass.

To update contact number or email address:

Under the Contact Details section, you can update your contact number and email address. Click on the 'Update Profile' button to save your changes.


To update your residential address:

Click on the 'Retrieve MyInfo' button to retrieve your latest residential address saved in SingPass records. Follow the steps to log in to SingPass. The page will refresh to show your updated address.

 

3. Update over the counter at our clinics


When you have an appointment at any of our clinics, you can request assistance over the registration counters to update your contact information.
