Meet Our Staff

Working here in SGH, I have met many kind and helpful colleagues from various departments. My supervisor and teammates are very understanding and supportive. That makes my work enjoyable. Most importantly, SGH encourages work-life balance and organizes events and activities for staff. This relieves work stress and provides an opportunity for staff to come together and have a good time.

I enjoy working in SGH as we have a conducive environment and colleagues who become my great friends at work. They give me support and help during the up and down periods. Throughout the few years of working in SGH, I have many exposures and gain learning experiences through my day to day work which makes my work meaningful. 

In Admitting Services, I have also great mentors at work who have been helping me throughout the years whenever I face challenges at work. They guide me through and give me great pieces of advice.

SGH is a great place to work as it is a diverse organization with talented people, great leadership, as well as a collaborative culture. I have been blessed with being able to work with many wonderful people over the years. These people have taught me so much and have given me the opportunity to grow successfully. 

There are also opportunities to suggest ideas for the company. SGH guiding values would always ensure individuals career growth while growing as a company.

SGH provides a conducive and work-friendly environment for the staff. This is why I enjoy working here. The hospital supports the hiring of mature workers like me and has given me many opportunities to attend courses for upgrading.
