Dr Irene Mok graduated in 2005 from the National University of Singapore and obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) (United Kingdom) and Masters in Internal Medicine (MMed (Int Med) Singapore) in 2009.
She completed her Advanced Specialist Training at Singapore General Hospital and was conferred Specialist Accreditation in Renal Medicine by the Ministry of Health, Singapore in 2013.
She was inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2015.
Dr Mok is a General Nephrologist trained in various aspects of Nephrology including Chronic Kidney Disease, Glomerulonephritis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis, Intensive Care Nephrology and Transplantation. Her clinical interest is in the field of Glomerulonephritis (GN). She runs the Glomerulonephritis Disease Management Clinic and is currently an investigator in GN trials as well as holds an active grant in an ongoing GN research project.
