Dr Lim Sue Zann is a Senior Consultant in the Department of General Surgery, Singapore General Hospital. She graduated with Honours from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya in 2008. She completed her specialty training in Singapore General Hospital and achieved specialist accreditation in 2017. At the same time, she became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Currently she is undergoing a fellowship in Advanced Breast Surgery within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Breast Centre and Department of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Singapore General Hospital. She will further hone her skills in oncological and reconstructive breast surgery during this time.

Dr Lim Sue Zann is actively involved in medical education. She is a Clinical Lecturer at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Physician Faculty Member at SingHealth General Surgery Residency Program. She received the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2013.

Her research interests are in breast sarcoma and phyllodes tumours. She was awarded the Singapore General Hospital Research Grant in 2016 to further her work in these tumours. She has presented at surgical conferences and published papers on breast surgery.
