7 – 9 yrs: 0.95 - 1.80 mmol/L
10 – 12 yrs: 1.05 - 1.85 mmol/L
≥ 13 yrs: 0.94 - 1.50 mmol/L
Mean = 4 hrs, Range: 3 – 5 hrs
