Specially conducted by KKH’s team of healthcare professionals, this programme is designed to better prepare you and your partner for your pregnancy as you embark on your journey into parenthood.

Antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy

Newborn care
Complimentary 'Nurturing Your Child' talk (A 2-hour session held bi-monthly on a Saturday and is complimentary for both 4-Week and 1-Day Intensive courses)

Registration of interest for the KKH Antenatal Programme closes on 1 October 2024 (Tuesday).

Note:

It is recommended for applicants to register for the programme after week 16 of their pregnancy.

KKH reserves the right to :

Allocate and award class slots for interested applicants. As the class slots are limited, priority may be accorded to KKH patients who are further along in their pregnancy term (e.g. 30 weeks and above) in consideration of their estimated delivery date (EDD).
Reschedule classes to online format (such as Zoom webinar and/or meeting), in view of the emergence of a new variant with potential public health risk.
Deny participants' entry to the class if they present flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, breathlessness or loss of taste/smell etc.) in order to protect the health and safety of the participants.

1-Day Intensive Course

(1-Day Intensive Course) Saturday, 2 November 2024, 9.00am to 4.00pm
(1-Day Intensive Course) Saturday, 7 December 2024, 9.00am to 4.00pm

The 1-Day Intensive Course will be held at Great Eastern Centre @ 1 Pickering Street, Centre for Excellence, Level 2.

4-Week Course

· (4-Week Course) Every Wednesday, 6 November to 27 November 2024, 6.30pm to 8.00pm

· (4-Week Course) Every Thursday, 5 December to 26 December 2024, 6.30pm to 8.00pm

The 4-Week Course will be held at Patient Education Centre, KKH.

Registration of interest for the KKH Antenatal classes for November and December 2024 is now closed. The next intake to register your interest to sign up for either a 4-Week course or 1-Day Intensive course in January and February 2025 will be announce in due course.
