Healthcare Professionals like occupational therapists, case managers and community nurses play an important role in assessment of Falls and Environmental Modifications. This course outlines the importance of Home Evaluation in Falls Preventions and is suitable for newly graduated occupational therapists. They will be equipped with the knowledge and skills in providing home evaluation and learn to make appropriate recommendations for people with chronic diseases, progressive illness leading to physical and cognitive disabilities.
